  • Last Utility Bill Paid (electricity / water / gas)
  • Last Maintenance Paid (association / RWA)

Repairs (if any)

  • Repair Bills / Invoices
  • Notes about Repairs (what/when/by whom)

Handover / Occupation Evidence

  • Handover Video / Photos
  • Occupation / Move-in Video / Photos
  • Optional: Cloud link(s) if files are large (Google Drive/Dropbox)

Conversation History

  • Chats / Emails / Call logs (zip or screenshots)
  • Summary if full history isn’t available

  • Any complaint numbers or acknowledgements (police/RWA)
  • PAN/KYC docs requested by the advocate for filing

Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, and common video formats (MP4/MOV/AVI/MKV).

Tip: Name files clearly (e.g., “deposit_receipt_Jan2025.jpg”).
